Responsible for identifying the raw brilliance in submissions. You will curate poetry, fiction, or non-fiction, ensuring the original voice remains intact while meeting our archival standards.

Expectation: Deep literary sensitivity and commitment to weekly review cycles.

Submissions & Society

position 02

OPERATIONS MANAGER

The backbone of our editorial workflow. You are responsible for overall management and ensuring the smoothness of our internal processes, archival entries, and literary production cycles.

Expectation: High organizational precision and dedication to systemic efficiency.

position 03

OUTREACH & PARTNERSHIP

The voice of the society to the outside world. Building global literary connections, managing ambassador networks, and ensuring our call for submissions reaches every corner of the teen writing globe.

Expectation: Excellent communication skills and proactive global engagement.

Members are expected to contribute with precision and quiet impact. We value authenticity over perfection and intent over structure. All roles are internationally based and student-led.
